1. FOUNDATION
In Wisconsin, once the season turns fully into Fall, we do not see the sun as much as we’d like. With lack of sunlight comes lack of sun exposure. Our skin may lighten one to two shades.
Solution:
Match your foundation to the base of your cheeks, near your chin and spread it into your neck. If it’s hard to tell where the foundation is, you are wearing the correct color.
2. RICHEN YOUR HAIR COLOR
We tend to go darker with our hair color this season, but please be mindful that with the lack of sunlight, you may appear ghostlike if you the color is too cool.
Solution:
Choose warm tones that add an illusion of glow to your skin. If your hair color is properly executed, you should appear awake, vibrant and younger!
3. HYDRATE
We are entering the dry season. Our skin, hair and nails will suffer if we aren’t taking the necessary steps towards prevention.
Solution:
SKIN– consult with your aesthetician. Should you be using a different cleanser or moisturizer right now? We recommend our local partner, Dana Torres with Serene Beauty!
