The first cycle is the initial installation otherwise known as a hair extension application. Guests will come in and have their hair matched with hair extension tones that are the best fit for them in both color and length. After purchasing the hair, they will come back to have their new overall look applied or installed. This usually takes less than 90 minutes and, in most cases, less than one hour. How amazing!
Our guests will return six weeks later to have their hair professionally and properly removed and then your hair will be reinstalled. This is because your hair grows about a half an inch per month. So as your hair grows out, your hair extensions move down. We go in and move those up.
This cycle repeats one more time before your hair is evaluated and it is determined to purchase new hair and begin these processes again.
Did you know that we lose an average of 100-200 hairs per day? That seems like a lot, but our hair is always going through its own cycles of growth. Your hair extensions will also shed naturally. That is one reason new hair will be a must after typically three cycles of installations.
