Wow, have we grown together or what? The joy we feel as we enter our ninth year of business is incredible! To think we started in 750 sq/ft with just three stylists, including myself when I was the behind the chair–to now over twenty team members is huge.
When we opened, we had no idea we’d end up in the gorgeous space we’re in. We had no idea we’d have the capacity to offer luxury beverages, shampoo experiences, education, partnerships, memberships, or win awards for Best of Madison, best for bridal hair and makeup, or that people would travel across state lines to work with our curly hair experts. It’s all so humbling and so amazing. We didn’t know the path would be paved in this way, the only thing we knew was, there had to be a better way. There had to be a better way to connect, grow, and thrive.
And we could not have gotten here had it not been for you. Our guests are the best humans to work with. You are courageous, generous, kind, fun, authentic, and straight up good lookin’ people! You look good because your outward appearance is a reflection of your genuine hearts.
We understand that working with us an investment. You’re investing in the brand you believe in, the people you love, and the culture that believes it’s more than just beauty. We’re in this industry to positively influence our team and community.
